What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

hello, I am 5 weeks and 4 days today, but for the past 8 days, I've been having really bad abdominal pain. Even when I go to sleep I would wake up in pain and sometimes would stay up the whole night. These pain when it first started, it lasted for 30 sec now its like 30 sec to 1 min. Is this normal?

Hi.

This pain could be due to abdominal bloating or hyperacidity and so I would recodmmend drinking plenty of water, avoid overeating, and initiate one tablet of ranitidine 150 mg twice a day before meals.
