What Causes Abdominal Pain And Delayed Periods After Insertion Of Nexplanon?

I had nexplanon put in on Wednesday and I was supposed to start my period Sunday and it never came. I also am prone to utis and I just peed 12 times in 2 hours. My stomach hurts and so does my sides. I also wiped and it seemed like there was light orange blood. Is this serious?

Hi, I think your periods can get delayed due to nexplanon. Urinary symptoms can be due to some infections. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser.
