Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, you should immediately see your health care provider and get further management. Misoprostol causes uterine contraction and hence the pain. Self-medication for the induction of an abortion can result in an incomplete abortion leading to bleeding, retention of products, infection and infertility in future. The properly performed abortion process is usually complete in 2 or 3 days; persistence of symptoms with no passage of products at 2 weeks is suggestive of a failed attempt. You need a proper clinical assessment and a sonogram of the abdomen and pelvis. You may also need a check curettage after stabilization of your condition. Hope this helps.
