What Causes Abdominal Pain After A Surgical Abortion?
Hi, I had a surgical abortion 2 days back. I'm almost not bleading. But today I had a sharp pain in the lower abdomen when I try to pass gas. It is very very painful. However I have passed stool today but can't seem to get rid of this gas related pain. Can someone pls advise.

I think you should report it urgently to your doctor as this can be a sign of uterine perforation, which is a known but rare complication of surgical abortion.
Also have one pelvic ultrasound to exclude this possibility & exclude undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy.
