What Causes Abdominal Obesity?
Iam 24 year old and I do not know my exact height and I weight 60 kg , my medical history is ok , i did't had that much problems but recently i have developed a belly and when i eat it even increases , my chest i small in size while the abdomen is large, so pleas tell me what is the problem.

Dear abdominal distension usually due to 5Fs
Flatus,Feces, Fluid,Fat and Fetus.
Please get complete evaluation to confirm the causative. same time avoid high fat diet, spicy food and alcohol. Regular exercise ,eat green leafy vegetables etc..
Please consult your doctor get ultrasound abdomen and thyroid levels estimation.
He will examine and treat you accordingly.
