2 days ago I took Milk of Magnesium to use the bathroom, but it didn t work. I really didn t need it, but I m a bulimic...been this way 21 yrs. and I had been trying to keep food down for the past week or so. I felt that I had over ate, and I didn t want to throw up so instead I took to full doses of Milk of Magnesium (adult dosages). I was up all night waiting for it to work...but it didn t. All it did was make my stomach extended almost like I m pregnant.So I have been walking around for 2 days w/ my stomach sticking out. So at 12:46p.m. today I took 2 more doses of it. Drinking water consistently (trying to). I haven t set down because it hurts around my heart area.What should I do. Every time I eat and not throw it up...it tends to hurt around my heart area until the food comes out. And that scares me. Should I b worried. Plus I ve been eating quite a bit of peanut butter lately and keeping it down. Do u think this is part of the delay of my bowel movements. Please help me understand. Thanks
