What Causes Abdominal Discomfort, Chest Pain And Nausea?

Doctor I m 20 yr old female...past 3 days or so I ve been experiencing chestpain..pain on my breasts, nausea, abdominal discomforts, plain discharge...I don t feel hungry and a lot of gas is get out from my body. I feel weak. I have breathing difficulty. Joint pain(leg) .Is this gastritis?

Burning sensation occurs at chest area in reflux problem.

Treat underling cause.

Avoid gaseous foods and fatty foods and junk foods.
Drink more water.
Avoid spicy food.
