Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your problems seems to be out of digestive disturbances.
In pregnancy bowel movements are slowed down due to pregnancy hormones + pregnant ladies are forced to eat double for the baby, This increases load on the bowels resulting in nausea/ gastric distress/constipation/diarrhea.( can use antacids/ anti flatulent tablets ( Gelusil MPS), Lactulose suspension to combat constipation, plenty of fluids/rest for diarrhea. Doctor's advise indicated if not relieved in 2 days.)
Though it is a common effect of pregnancy , it needs to be managed well-
_ Eat in multiple small servings instead of two full meals, take a well balanced food .Avoid drinking excess water while you eat. Drink water 1.5 hours of eating.
- Take sufficient fibers in diet( fruits with skin, fibers in salads/vegetables,eat unprocessed food) -
- drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day.
- -Do regular yoga exercises( under expert guidance),walking - 45 minutes.
- Add digestive enzyme Syrups after food.
- have a sound sleep &positive mind.
Thanks.
