What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Headaches?

Good Day I ve been trying to figure out where to start or what to say but...here it goes, for the past three days I ve been having cramps(weird feelings) not as painful as my usual period though. My breats are abit sore and after meals i kinda feel like i want to bring up or can taste bile..and headaches more often. I ve taken a home pregnancy test and it was negative but i feel very weird and its 10 days before my period is due..could it be from that? My boyfriend and i have had unprotected sex however he did not cum inside me. Am i just stressing over nothing ? Or should i be worried? Oh and i am on the pill Dianne35 i take it everyday maybe after hours/minutes late . Regards

I understand your concern regarding abdominal cramps ,nausea and headache you have.

As you have history of unprotected sex(pre ejaculatory secretion do contain sperms) and your periods are due for 10 days,you need to get pregnancy confirmed.
Home pregnancy test can be false negative.You have to undergo to check blood HCG levels and USG pelvis scan to confirm pregnancy.
If still it comes out to be negative it can be because of Dianne if you have recently started with the medication.
Other possibilities of delay in periods can be stress/thyroid problems/PCOD.
You need to take consultation from gynaecologist in that regard.
