Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If both urine test and the blood test for pregnancy have come out negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. If you have always had regular menstrual cycles, you should get a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the issue. Your symptoms can occur with premenstrual phase also. Stress, weight disturbances, hormonal imbalance, infection and use of certain medications can delay a period. 'Pseudocyesis', a condition which mimics a true pregnancy can occur in those who wish pregnancy very badly. Please see a specialist for further information. Hope this helps.
