What Causes Abdominal And Back Pain After Hysterectomy?

hi i had my womb removed 15 years ago, and then my ovaries 3 years ago, im experienceing abdo, and back pain. my gp gave me a course of trimethropine fot uti, for 3 days. im now bleeding, what do you suggest, as ive had hysterectomy wheres blood from, im worried, what shall i do

Hello ma'am and welcome.

The source of the bleed can be anywhere from the site of sutures to the inner walls of the surrounding structures, and it should not be a cause for severe concern. But you should continue with the antibiotics and report to your doctor at the earliest.

Also avoid sexual intercourse if at all you are sexually active and take extra care of your hygiene during this period.
