General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

The kidney stone with pus would have resulted in an infection of your kidney and with the added history of lupus glomerulonephritis is a possibility. I would recommend a mm elaborate evaluation by your doctor as your renal health can be compromised and should not lead to worsening of quality of life.

Please do visit your doctor or a nephrologist at the earliest.

Best wishes.
