What Causes Abdomen Pain, Anxiety And Nausea In A 12 Year Old?

my brother is 12 years old and he is very fond of maggi, kurkure, toffies and chocolates. he has now problem of stomach anxiety, nausea and stomach pain. for the past 5 months. his c.t scan and blood reports are normal.he feels anxiety in his stomach whole day and sometimes it increases very much and automatically it slows down..are these problems related to maggi and kurkure??? please tell me...
