Hi, I have gone through your question. Pain after embryo transfer can because of the implantation of the embryo in the uterus. The uterus in such conditions has contractions in response to the newly implanted embryo, and this is a normal phenomenon.
The pain also can be due to some infection in the genital tract.
I would suggest you to not to worry and consult your doctor for proper examination, investigations and appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
