Hi
i appreciate your concern
in my opinion it could be mucus that have produced during long standing constipation

you need not to worry this can be avoided very easily with some life style modifications
Avoid fried and junk food like pizza burger pasta
have plenty of dietary fibre and fresh fruits
plenty of fluids at least 1 liter of fluids immediately on awakening in morning will help in evacuation

Hope I have answered your question
you can ask for further assistance
have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
