What Causes A White Lump Under The Eyelid Associated With Reddening Of Eyes?

I've a little white bump or something under my eyelid. It comes and goes. It comes with reddening of the eyes and yellowish discharge from t he corners of that eye. As it disappears, all the other signs and discomfort also go with it. I have been using eye drops with only temporary relief.

it may be sty. treatment is appellation. proper hygiene is to be maintained. clean the lid with sterile swab. neosporine eye ointment may be applied in lid margin.
