What Causes A Thick Green Sputum & Cough?

My first xray report linear right upper lobe probably old scar meaning not sure.



My second xray normal chest then i made a companrison it report said minimal Tb infiltrates right pper lobe. Had a sputm test he result is negative. Do i have scar or TB? i am confused if its scar or tb.



By the after the xrays i took flumucil and claritrimycin my nor mal meds for my cough.after taking that meds a thick greem sputum comes out.Do you think what they seen to my xary i just a plegm?



Need answer for my peace of mind. Planning to work abrad sar is not allowed.

It is difficult to assess your situation without further information.
- have you had TB skin test recently?
- have you had any prior exposure to TB or work in location where TB is prevalence?
- do you have any blood in the sputum, night sweat, or weight loss?
