What Causes A Swollen Tear Duct?
I had a tear duct replacement 35 years ago. It s starting to bother me. It s swollen and looks like it is collecting fluid. It does not hurt or itch and does not affect any other part of my eye. I tried hot packs but that does not work and I tried eye drops. Any suggestions?

tear duct can not be replaced. dacro cysto rhinostomy can be done now punctum dialatation and syringing can be done with syringing ofloxacin .3% eye drop can be flushed block point can be detected if metheline bllue is injected and x-ray taken if detected then reconstructive surgery can be planed.
