Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have lymphnode tuberculosis in past. You have given first line AKT whuch contains isoniazide, rifampicin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide. Then yoh develop recurrence of tuberculosis in lymphnode. So you need anti tuberculous treatment again. They have given second line drugs. If you don't respond to antibiotics treatment then you should go for tuberculosis sensitivity testing. You may havd multidrug resistant tuberculosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Right now continue your current treatment.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
