What Causes A Sudden Pain On The Shoulders?

I had a sudden stabbing pain behind my left shoulder. Felt light headed and slightly dizzy. Slightly nauseous. Heart rate went up despite being on metrapolol tartrate. Took a bayer low dose aspirin and chewed it. 85 mg. now ok but heart rate irregular. 18 seconds for ten minutes, then 13 for ten seconds. Then 12 then 15 beats per minute. Should I go to ER? I m a 45 year old female whose mom had a heart attack.

Hi,
Looking to the histroy as there is stabbing shoulder pain with dizziness and irregularity of heart rate requires urgent attention for medical check up.
Go to ER and get examined.
EKG and cardiac enzyme will be helpful.
Take complete rest.
Ok and take care.
