I have a sore on the interior side of my leg that looked like it was a large zit at first so i pushed on it to possibly pop it and it turned black and blue like the blood had surfaced like a bruise simply within the sore. Today I looked at it and it wasn't as puffy as it was before, but I pressed on it and some blood came out, but I think it was like puss and blood because it wasn't just liquid like blood is. Was that maybe a cyst I shouldn't have messed with or what might that be?
