What Causes A Small Papule On The Upper Eyelid?
I have ONE sold small papule on upper left eyelid, 5mm above the roots of eyelish. it appeared more than 6 month ago and remain fix in size. it has a smoth surface, dome-like shape, normal skin color, with NO IRRITATION. before it appeared I had a conjunctivitis in that eye for one week, and at the end of this week it appeared.

I think it is calazion. It is a obstruckted gland. In future it is to be operated. it is a simple opd procedure under local anesthesia the gland cogent is scooped out. Post operatively you have to take combiflam tablet for 2days . Have to apply neo sporine eye oint ment for 3dfays. Procedure after diagnosis.
