What Causes A Ring Of Discoloration On The Shaft Of Penis?
Hi,I'm a 15 year old male so lately I'm really worrying about my penis, mostly because there is a ring of discoloring going around the top of the shaft, and also there is numbness on the skin down the front of the shaft why is this????? I exccesivley masturbate, and I also have a very poor hygiene history I am ashamed to say:(
