What Causes A Reoccurring Cyst Wound With Swelling?

I had a small cyst removed my upper lash line about a month and a half ago. There s a small scar and incision site is puffy. Went for follow-up and doctor said he may have to resect and cauterize. Wants to send to pathology this time as he suspects it may be some sort of wart because it grew back. Said there s a chance that it s just inflammation, but I ve been using tobradex and there hasn t been an improvement. I m concerned about going through the procedure again. The wound is more noticeable now than what it was pre-op and I don t want to make it worse. Not sure what to do. What are the risks? Will this most likely improve the appearance?

resection and cauterization means he suspect to be wart. now it is mandatory that every tissue resceted sent for biopsy. nothing to worry for that
