What Causes A Possible Condition Of Gynecomastia?

Hi,
I'm 27 years old and my chest size is big than other men. I read about Gynecomastia somthing like that but when i touch my nipples they become small so what should i do for that I never wear T-shirt because of this reason so i want to remove this please give me any suggestion

Consult surgeon for your condition...

Causes of gynecomastia is increase estrogen means hormonal imbalance....

Causes are.....
Cirrhosis
Anabolic steroid
Some antianxiety drugs
Some antidepressant drugs
Heroin etc.....

Confirmation of it done b examination ad FNAC like investigation...

Underlying cause treated for it....
Usually by this disease resolve by its own...
Regular follow up done...
If not resolved treatment done.

Tamoxifen like drug can be used.

Liposuction or partial mastectomy is option for treatment....
