What Causes A Pimple Around The Chin Area With Terrible Headache?

about a week before my period I get a deep pimple like thing around my chin area...it builds up and gets very sore...red...swollen...gives me a terrible head ache...my hearing sounds like I'm under water...after a weeks of building up it finds some way to open up and it oozes puss and little bit of blood and clear stuff
