What Causes Nausea And Terrible Headache?

I m on the birth control patch but my bf and I have had unprotected sex 3 times a day every day for 7 days. My period was 8 days ago. My patch has come off and I had to put a new one on the day after. I m feeling very nauseous but I m also getting over a terrible head cold. Could I be pregnant?
