What Causes A Painless Lump On The Breast Post An Abortion?

hi, i am 23 years old woman. im 157 cm tall, 47 kg. my BMI is at lower border. i had an abortion when i was 18 , 4 years back. i had taken postinor 2 years after that.Recently, in April 2011, i had a medical abortion in 5 weeks of gestational.
now, after 2 months of medical abortion, i feel a painless lump in my left breast and a painless lymph node as pea in size in my both armpit.
could this be normal changes of breast after 2 months of medical abortion?

Please get USG breast done.
A week long course of antibiotic like cefixime and analgesics as needed will be of help.
