What Causes A Missed Period Post Dental Surgery?

We had unprotected sex (ejaculated outside) on 20th of January this year...after that my girl friend got her period as normal on 2nd of Feb...after that she did not get the period and now we are on 2nd April...we are worried about pregnancy....she went through a minor dental surgery and did workouts in zym after her period on Feb...is this work out and surgery are result of delay in pregnancy or is it because of sex we had in Jan?? Pls help us with an answer

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

As such dental procedures should not have any effect on postponing the periods.

If you both have happened to have unprotected sex activity after 2 nd February then please get her morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of any doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
Even if she is pregnant, she can opt for termination of pregnancy with abortion pills under medical supervision safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy.

Please seek proper sex counseling, about safe and protected sex activity,this will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
