General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

If you feel lump on palpation then it must be seen on MRI or ultrasound. you have serious symptoms and this may suggest nerve and vein comoression in neck area. This can be under the pressure of tuir, ribs, muscles or some other lumps but also it may be a vascular issue. You need to see variety f specialists including neurologist, rheumatologist and plastic surgeon so that best therapy can be discussed. Also, EMG should be done to check neural activity in affected arm.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
