What Causes A Lump On The Gum Of A Child?
Hello! My son is currently teething and one tooth has cut through at the bottom, He was crying earlier so I put bonjella on his gums, I put some on the top gum and I felt a lump on his left side of the top gum, its not on the part where a tooth usually is its on the side faceing his cheek, Would this be a new tooth or something else. He also cries when I touch it x
