What Causes A Lump On Scar Developed After Having C-section?

I had a c-section 9 months ago, my scar has always been a little raised but not I have a lump right in the middle of the scar. I thought it was an in grown hair, I tried to get it out with tweezers and a little pus came out. And then it got even bigger and extremely sore...it looks almost like a keloid but painful.. Could it be an ingrown hair that I don't see?

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain the lump over the scar after C-Section seems to be a keloid and in case if there is pus discharge it might have got infected leading to formation of infectious discharge known as Pus..
I would suggest you to consult a Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you a course of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and cleaning the area with antiseptic solution and try to drain out pus as much as possible by putting gentle pressure..
Apply triple antibiotic ointment over it..
In case if if there is recurrence then many a times surgical scar/keloid removal is planned
