Hello dear
Understand your concern
Lump in the clitoris after shaving is mainly due to ingrown hair/infection of hair follicle/Boil.
Bacteria present in the pelvic area infect the shaved hair follicle and lead to pus formation and finally lump.
As you are sexually inactive chance of STD is less.
If I am treating doctor i prescribed following medicine and advice:
Tablet cefixime, apply ointment of bactovet
Maintain hygiene before and after urination, use ointment that contain vitamin and alovera.
If not resolves then
Apply warm pad. and once it become soft, it should be drain by putting incision. So contact your local doctor for proper treatment.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
