What Causes A Lump Below The Breast And Chest Pain?

Having soft immobile mass below left breast more on rib area. Pain radiates into left chest if pushed on. Having sharp chest pain and shortness of breath x 3 days straight. Feels like a band around chest. Went to ER and they said my cardiac enzymes good, EKG good, and chest xray good.

@ Vital informations needed to correlate more precisely are lacking as -
size of mass, shape, duration, progress , overlying skin changes if any
- any history of trauma / fall - clinical photograph of the same ( if no
objection )
@ Mass as per mentioned seems over the chest wall with possibility of
Neurofibroma , Sebaceous cyst , Lipoma , others .
