What Causes A Hard Lump?
hello my son fell and banged his cheek at school about 3 weeks ago.at the time there was slight bruiseing to the cheek .he is now left with a slight faint line of bruise and a hard lump under skin .he has no pain when i touch the lump what could this be thankyou

Hi,
It seems that there might be having hematoma on the cheek at the time of injury but now it is localized and formed hard lump.
Apply ice pack for few days, gradually it will be dissolved.
If it does not dissolve then possibility of formation of fibrosis is there.
consult surgeon and get examined.
