My husband has had a liver ultrasound scan which showed fatty deposits, following raised LFT and cholesterol test results recently. He also has concentrated urine yet goes very frequently, and also has diverticulitis. He does not drink alcohol or smoke and is not obese. He did take amytriptyline for migraines for 10 years unchecked by our GP which resulted in heart eurythmia approx 5 years ago and since then his LFT seem to spike and then return to normal levels intermittently. Our GP said there is nothing to worry about and does not want to offer any further explanation, can you please help to explain why this keeps happening, and should we keep pushing for further tests as we are very worried?
