What Causes A Dilated Pupil After A Cataract Surgery?

On November 21, I had cataract surgery on my right eye, with a crystalens implant. The dilation of my pupil gradually receded and was back to normal within 3 to 4 days. On Decembe 12, I had the same procedure, same implant on my left eye, but my pupil is still fully dilated. Is this cause for concern?
