What Causes A Depressed Feeling?
I've had this sad feeling in my gut all day ever since I woke up. I have been depressed all day; deeply depressed and my gut just seems tight. It doesn't normally happen when I am depressed but this depression episode is worse than my others. What causes that tight-gut feeling?
