What Causes A Baby's Stomach To Be Small?
hi my dtr is 22 yrs old, in her seventh month of pregnance. her dr visit today says that the babys stomach is small , the head is normal in size what does this mean? they will keep an eye on progress, if baby does not grow they will take out and feed from outside..

Stomach small and head normal means the central nervous system is normal.. But we have to rule out any gastroesophophageal tract abnormality which can be detected only after birth.. So close monitoring for growth and stomach should be done and in case of abnormality baby has to be evaluated and treated after birth.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
