Myself Ravi. I was diagonised Jaundice last 2 months before. My Bilirubin was 2.2 and sgpt was 78 two months before and now Bilirubin is 1.4 and sgpt is 69. Doctor was surprised as SGPT was not reducing. One week before in Ultrasound everything was normal except Grade I fatty liver. My concern is why SGPT is not reducing. I donot smoke and donot consume alcohol.
Just now because of fatty liver your sgpt high. Try to resolve it.... For that loose weight if obese... Regular exercise.... Low fat and less fried food used. Trans fat food like pizza, junk food , butter , cheese, meat etc taken less. Avocados help in producing glutathion so help in remove liver toxin...so can be taken... Grapefruit juice rich in antioxidant and vitamin c .so taken daily....
Onion , lemon , carrot , green leafy veg are good for liver ...
If still enzymes high then viral marker study by ELISA done for detection of HBSag positivity...mainly...
