What Causes MS And How Does It Impact The Affected Person?

symptoms and diagnose of MS female....39...62in....145lbs... no meds what are the symptoms of MS and is there a test to diagnose it? can it effect the brain in terms of decision making or are the effects there primarily depression? what is the cause of it? thank you for your time

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS is autoimmune disease. it is demyelinating disease . it affect brain,spinal cord. peripheral nerve, cranial nerve. occur at age 20 to 50 and more common in female. usually it causes unilateral vision loss and paraplegia. it can affect brain. it cuses decreased cognitive function, decreased thinking and planning, causes depression. we diagnose it by clinical two episode of illness and MRI to see demyelination in brain. CSF done of oligoclonal band and IgG INDEX
