What Cause Vomiting And Explosive Diarrhea After Food?

Approximately 3-4 hours after eating, I had vomiting and explosive diarrhea on Saturday, followed by severe stomach cramps all through the night, Sunday and the cramps remain today, accompanied by bright red bloody mucus..only a small amount each time I go to the restroom. This has happened once before, but as soon as my system seemed to be back on track, the cramps and bloody mucus were no longer present. Is this something I need to have seen about? I have had a colonoscopy, results were normal, all was well.

HI
Well come HCM
I could say from the history given here that it is case of some infection that caused the gastroenteritis, most probably it is the bacterial infection if the symptoms are not sever then it may comes around even without the medicine (Unless have low immune system ), here the vomiting could be the matter of concern, and for that anti-emetic can be tried either orally or injectable, dehydration is another matter of concern, if this symptoms persist then antibiotic can be tried, or you can see the doctor for further advise, hope this information helps, take care.
