Have Explosive Diarrhea, Infected Teeth. Taken Antibiotics And Lomotil
I HAVE HAD EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA OFF AND ON FOR AT LEAST A MONTH, IN CONJUNCTION WITH TWO INFECTED TEETH AND ANTIBIOTICS I WAS GIVEN TO GET RID OF THE INFECTION. THE EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA IS GETTING WORSE. I TOOK LOMOTIL TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT. IT WORE OFF AFTER ABOUT 18 HOURS, AND THE EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA BEGAN AGAIN. OVER THE LAST FEW HOURS, I HAVE GONE TO THE TOILET A DOZEN TIMES.

The most possible cause of your diarrhea is the antibiotics you were taking due to infected teeth.
If I were your caring doctor, I'd prescribe nystatin 500.000 UI, 1 tablet thrice daily, tasectan 500 mg, 1 capsule every 6 hours till the improvement of symptoms; drinking plenty of water, take oral rehydration salts.
If no improvement, can send the feces for coproculture, candica culture and exam for ova/parasites.
