What Cause The Brown Discharge?
Hello, a week and abit ago i had caught a cold over night, and for the past couple of days i was taking Mydol?, few days later i had been followed by brown discharge, very light brown for about.. 3 days im 20, ive had sex. but it was a month or more ago that i had had sex, this was after my period i think my period is still due soon and i have type 1 diabetes, and it was protected sex

The possible causes of your intermenstrual brown discharge are:
-During ovulatory period, means around middle of the months spotting can be seen sometimes due to hormonal fluctuation.
-Stress and strain due to general infections like cold and cough sometimes can alter the hormonal levels and can lead to spotting.
-Diabetes can also lead to irregular menstrual cycles by affecting the hormonal levels.
- As you had protected intercourse that too more than a month before, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
So, if it is just intermenstrual spotting, you may get your periods as expected. If irregularity in cycles persist, better to get evaluated.
Please consult your Gynecologist once, get examined and go for investigations like ultrasound, hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, HbA1C, Thyroid profile etc.
With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
