What Cause Pain In Center Of My Left Chest?

I have been having a lot of chest pain in the center of my left chest, running down my left arm and into my back. I am continually having heartburn and it hurts when I drink hot drinks in my chest. I have a bad knot in my back that radiates pain throughout my chest and arm as well. Do you think it is the knot in my back or how do I not it is not anything more serious. I am 36 years old and otherwise in good physical condition. Thanks.

this type of pain could be because of
1. Angina ( decrease blood supply to heart), very serious and sometimes fatal, leading to heart attack or cardiac arrest.
2. flatulence
3 acidity
you need to see your physician to rule out the possibility of the serious cause through EKG and other tests. and if this is not the cause, other things may be treated
