What Cause Heavy Periods With Excruciating Pain In The Abdomen When Planning For Pregnancy?

Hi doctor. My fiancé and I had sex and he came in me twice. I had many symptoms that I was pregnant but I came on my period. It wasn t a normal cycle though. I was bleeding extra heavy and had excruciating pain for the 3 days I was on. I took the pregnancy test the second day of my period it was negative and broke both of our hearts . Because of what happened in my past I was sad that it would be harder for me to reproduce. My fiance and I are really trying to have a baby what can we do or any suggestions, comments, concerns ?

Hello,

Welcome to healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query and Would like to reply in detail as follows:

1. This appears like fibroid or endometriosis.

2. Please get an ultrasound scan to diagnose the same.

I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
