What Cause Heavy Bleeding To Spotting During Pregnancy?

i just found out i am pregnant and I've been bleeding for one month,first it was really heavy and then it slowed down the last 2 weeks . I'm still spotting and its bright red with little cramps . i noticed i have a smell of blood and its really strong . whats wrong with me ?

Hi.after reading your history I think you are having incomplete abortion leading to pain with bleeding. If I would be your doctor then would suggest you ultrasound for confirmation of diagnosis.
