What Cause Extreme Hunger & Depression During Pregnancy?

My age is 35 years,5 feet height,now weight is 64 kilo after getting pregnant,before it was 58 kilo...i feeling too hungry... next week will be finished three months.This time i can't thinking good things...always my mind became depressed...everybody tell me to be happy..bt i can't.what should i do?pls give me advice.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the increase in hunger might be normal in pregnancy.Check for any stress and cause of depression and try to avoid it.Try to do the things which make you lively like reading comic books,humourous movies,spending time with family members.Mood variations might be normal in pregnancy and after delivery.But try to overcome it as it might affect the baby s growth.
