What Cause Bipolar Disorder And Anxiety?

My brother has asthma and is bipolar disorder, and just recently they changed his asthma medicine from Advair to Symbicort. Plus diabetes runs in the Family. Lately he has been having some episodes where he gets the shakes. What could be causing this, anxiety or diabetes or other?

Tremor is part of anxiety disorder. Your brother has underline lung disorder and may be due to asthma along with anxiety disorder, he is getting tremor.
