Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.

You are having fever and cough....
So you could have acute bronchitis ....
It could be viral or bacterial .....
CBC examination done....
It might reveal neutrophilia if bacterial and lymphocytosis if viral....

Chest x ray will be useful....
It will also help in rule out pneumonia in which consolidation seen in x ray....

Take levofloxacin antibiotic for 5 days.
Antihistaminic drug for congestion relief.
If fever more then paracetamol can be taken...

Drink more water.
Excess fried food avoided.
Steam inhalation useful.
One tsp ginger juice and one tsp honey mixed and taken....

Sputum examination also helpful.
Avoid swimming for 7 days.

With keeping this in mind consult physician if not improving .

Take care.
